What areas do you build homes in?

We primarily build homes in the Heber Valley and the surrounding areas, but we are open to building in other locations depending on the size and scope of the project.

How long does it take to build a home?

The time it takes to build a home depends on the size and complexity of the project. On average, it takes between 6 to 12 months to build a home from scratch. Factors such as permitting, access to resources, and weather may stall progress depending on the project.

Do you provide a warranty for your homes?

Yes, we provide a one-year warranty on all of our homes or remodels to cover any defects or issues that may arise. We want you to feel confident choosing us, and will make it right if anything goes awry!
